I have been with Castle Vets for almost 20 years. Unfortunately the service has become worse and worse. My dog did not receive the full HPC checkup by Chloe. Messages left but return calls are not made. Not recommended I will be moving to another vet practice.

I took my animal into this vet they were rude and unhelpful and have no interest and compassion to help . I recommend to avoid this so called veterinary and find a place elsewhere .

Be aware that this clinic is money chasing enterprise, punishing their vets if they try to save animals. Check daily mail article from 07/10 about this clinic and their practices.
